Limited Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty. Each and every phone is hand-tested by one of our in-house technicians. Our phones will activate with your service provider and will be fully functional.

Batteries will perform at of at least 80% of the original manufacturers claim. Our phones are in GOOD cosmetic condition.

Delivery

For items in stock, please allow 2 - 4 day delivery. Orders are usually processed in no more than 48 hours.

Exchange Policy

All returned orders must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA Form) before returning. This may be attained by sending an email explaining the nature of the problem to: support@GoGreenMobile.com.

All returns will be in the form of an Exchange or a Store Credit. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is just $9.99 for each phone.

Standard Products

Each phone comes with a brand NEW wall charger and refurbished battery. Phones do not come with a service plan or sim card.

We cannot offer the user manuals, but the manuals can be found on any search engine. Just type in the phone model + user manual into the search engine and the link to it will pop up. If you need some assistance on this, please email or call us and we will be glad to assist you.
